Peptide Membership Terms & Conditions
The agreement that governs your Soothe IV Med Spa peptide membership.
Effective October 21, 2026.
Your membership is a medical-supervision service, billed monthly with a 3-month minimum and month-to-month thereafter. Prescribed medication is included in the monthly membership. Please review these terms carefully before enrolling.
Membership Agreement — Soothe IV Med Spa Peptide Program. This agreement is between you (“you” or “Member”) and Soothe IV Med Spa (“we,” “us,” or the “Practice”). By enrolling and authorizing the recurring charge at checkout, you agree to these terms.
1. What your membership is
Your membership is a monthly medical-supervision program with medication included — your telehealth medical evaluation, oversight by our licensed medical team, protocol management, check-ins, care coordination, and, if you are cleared, the medication prescribed for your program. Medication is prescribed only after evaluation by a clinician licensed in your state and review of current bloodwork, and is dispensed by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. The price shown at checkout is your starting monthly rate; once our licensed medical team confirms your medication and dose, we will tell you your final monthly price before your next billing date.
2. Recurring billing & automatic renewal
Your membership is billed at the monthly rate shown for your selected tier at checkout, charged automatically to your payment method on your monthly billing date until cancelled as described below. By enrolling you provide affirmative consent to this recurring charge. We will send an acknowledgment of your enrollment and the auto-renewal terms.
3. 3-month minimum commitment
Your membership begins with a 3-month minimum (three monthly payments). This reflects the clinical runway needed to titrate your therapy and evaluate results. The minimum does not apply if our licensed medical team determines you are not a candidate — see the refund in Section 7.
4. Early termination during the minimum
If you cancel before completing the three monthly payments, an early-termination fee equal to the remaining minimum payment(s) becomes due at cancellation (for example, cancelling after one payment leaves two payments remaining). This is a reasonable estimate of the onboarding and care costs incurred, not a penalty for medication.
5. Month-to-month after the minimum
After your third payment, your membership continues month-to-month. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing cycle, by submitting a cancellation request before your next billing date. You will not be charged for cycles after the one in which you cancel.
6. How to cancel (easy cancellation)
Cancel by emailing care@sootheiv.com or replying to any membership email, or by calling (949) 229-2574 during business hours. We will confirm your cancellation in writing. No retention call is required to cancel.
7. Refunds
Not-a-candidate refund: if our licensed medical team determines you are not a candidate for therapy, your first month is refunded in full and your membership ends with no further charges and no early-termination fee.
Otherwise, membership fees for a billing cycle already begun are non-refundable because the supervision service and medication for that period have been made available. The early-termination fee in Section 4 is likewise non-refundable.
8. Medical terms
Membership is not a prescription and does not guarantee that any therapy will be prescribed; not all applicants qualify. Any protocol is determined individually by the evaluating clinician after a Good Faith Examination and current bloodwork. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Telehealth service is available to patients located in 47 states and Washington, D.C. — every U.S. state except Alabama, Alaska and Mississippi — and you are evaluated and prescribed for by a clinician licensed in the state where you are located. Our licensed medical team is directed by our Medical Director, Ian K. Tseng, MD.
9. Price changes
We may change membership pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal; continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
