At-Home Wellness & Weight Management programs are a physician-supervision service delivered nationwide via telehealth. A brief telehealth physician evaluation is included in membership; specific protocols are determined individually after your evaluation and bloodwork, and not all applicants qualify. Medication is included in the monthly price, bloodwork is billed separately at lab cost when needed, and your first month is fully refunded if the physician determines therapy is not appropriate. 4-month minimum commitment. Travel fees are waived for your included monthly membership visits and any premium aesthetics add-ons. Upcharges apply for advanced GLP-1 Weight Loss protocols. A $250 night travel fee applies to visits between 9pm and 8am. All memberships auto-renew monthly. Cancel any time after 4 months.
