IV Therapy Refund & Cancellation Policy
Soothe IV Med Spa.
Effective August 18, 2026.
This policy covers mobile IV therapy and infusion appointments. Peptide membership cancellation and refund terms are covered separately in our Peptide Membership Terms.
For the purposes of this policy, “total appointment fee” means the full booked total for the appointment, including all treatments, à la carte add-ons, and any applicable travel or service-area fees.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Individual appointments: a $100 fee applies if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.
- Group appointments: the card on file will be charged $200 if a group appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 72 hours in advance.
Arrival & No-Access (On-Site No-Show)
Because our services are delivered to your location, our nurses reserve travel time and materials specifically for your appointment. Upon arrival at the confirmed address, the nurse will wait up to fifteen (15) minutes past the scheduled start time and will attempt to reach you by phone and text during that time. If you do not answer, are not present, or the nurse is unable to access the location (e.g., locked gate, incorrect address, no entry access) and cannot reach you to resolve it within the fifteen (15) minute window, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and the credit card on file will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the total appointment fee, with a minimum charge of one hundred dollars ($100).
By booking an appointment, you authorize Soothe IV Med Spa to charge the credit card on file in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. If you have a concern about the quality of a service you received, please contact us at care@sootheiv.com within 7 days so we can address it directly.
Unsuccessful IV attempt. If our nurse is unable to successfully establish IV access and the infusion cannot be administered, this is not considered a service received. You may choose either a full refund of the appointment fee or a complimentary re-attempt at a later date, at no additional charge.
Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at care@sootheiv.com so we can resolve it directly. Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider.
