Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Soothe IV Med Spa.
Effective October 20, 2026.
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is for residents of Washington (My Health My Data Act, RCW 19.373), Nevada (NRS 603A, as amended by SB 370) and Connecticut (Connecticut Data Privacy Act), and anyone else whose consumer health data we collect. It covers consumer health data that is not part of your medical record. Your medical record is covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.
“Consumer health data” means personal information that identifies, or can reasonably be linked to, your past, present or future physical or mental health, including information that shows you are seeking health care services.
Who We Are
Soothe IV Med Spa is operated by SootheIV Medical CA PC, which provides all medical services, and Soothe Therapy Management CA LLC, which provides management services. These two companies are each other’s affiliates and share information only to provide and run our services.
Consumer Health Data We Collect
- Health goals, symptoms, conditions or treatments you mention in our website chat, forms, texts, emails or calls.
- The program or service you choose and the fact that you started or completed a purchase.
- Your date of birth, sex and the state where you live, when used to decide whether a program is available to you.
- Answers you give in our medical intake, lab results and evaluation records, which become part of your medical record once you are a patient.
- Information from your device on our website: IP address, approximate location (city or region, never precise location), pages you view, and cookie and ad click identifiers.
Where It Comes From and Why We Use It
We collect consumer health data from you, from your device when you use our website, and from the clinicians, labs and pharmacies involved in your care. We use it only to:
- provide the services you ask for, including telehealth evaluations, lab orders, prescriptions, shipping and follow-up;
- confirm your identity, age and location, so care comes from a clinician licensed where you live;
- process payment and communicate with you about your care and orders;
- keep our website secure and working; and
- meet our legal obligations.
Advertising and analytics tools on our website see which public pages are visited and whether checkout was started, as described in our Privacy Policy. They never receive your name, contact details, health answers, lab results or the program you chose, and none of them runs on our medical intake. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta and Pinterest tags and Hotjar do not load.
Who We Share It With
We share consumer health data with:
- our affiliate SootheIV Medical CA PC and its licensed medical team, and licensed clinicians in the network of our telehealth partner, Qualiphy;
- the pharmacy that fills your prescription (Pharmacy Hub or Strive Pharmacy, LegitScript-certified pharmacies in our telehealth partner Qualiphy’s network) and the lab you use (such as Quest Diagnostics);
- service providers that process it for us under contract: GoHighLevel (patient records and communications), Google Workspace (secure file storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting) and Cloudflare (website security);
- advertising and analytics providers (Google, Meta, Pinterest and Hotjar), limited to the website data described above; and
- government authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not set up geofences around health care facilities to track or message people.
