The problem
Long high-heat summers mean heat stress, lost productivity, and regulatory exposure. Federal OSHA holds employers responsible for protecting crews from heat hazards at every U.S. site — and where state plans reach further, such as Cal/OSHA and Oregon OSHA, we operate to the stricter standard by default. Water, shade, and cool-down breaks are the legal baseline, and they remain your program. But crews still slow down on hot days, and a single heat-illness incident can become an OSHA recordable, a workers'-comp claim, and a liability event.
The program
Recovery for symptomatic and high-output workers, a visible wellness benefit for everyone, and an added layer of on-site clinical readiness. We complement your Heat Illness Prevention Plan — we don't replace it — while mitigating risk for the company and its workforce.
Field-proven: an on-demand floating IV team at the Coachella music festival · on-site medical support at the Carlsbad Marathon, a ~6,000–7,100+ runner weekend.
Hospital-trained nurses with physician oversight — a real clinical team, not a franchise van.
Experienced eyes on the crew during peak heat, with rapid response and escalation if a worker goes down.
Balanced fluids commonly used in hospital settings for rapid, effective rehydration — not just saline.
Per-worker screening and consent, documentation, and emergency escalation protocols. Voluntary and private.
English- and Spanish-speaking nurses and office staff, with 100% digital intake and consent in both languages — matched to your workforce.
Physician oversight licensed nationwide, with per-site RN teams stood up in each state — one clinical program, multiple sites in parallel.
Two ways we set up
A comfortable, air-conditioned mobile hydration lounge for premium sites and longer engagements. Seated recovery, private intake, and a clean clinical setup on wheels.
A rapid-deploy climate-controlled tent with cots or chairs and coolers — fast to stand up right where the crew is working. Ideal for active job sites, remote/desert locations, and events.

FAQ
Soothe IV brings a clinical team on-site — hospital-trained RNs, including ICU and ER-experienced nurses, under physician-supervised protocols — to deliver rapid IV and electrolyte hydration to your workforce or event. It is a wellness and clinical-readiness layer that complements your Heat Illness Prevention Plan; it does not replace the required water, shade, and cool-down breaks.
Both are available. We can bring a climate-controlled trailer for premium or long-run engagements, or set up a rapid-deploy climate-controlled tent station right where the crew is working. We match the setup to your site's access, space, and shift schedule.
Our full IV menu is available on-site: Revive & Thrive, Liquid Gold hydration, Vitality Infusion, Glow & Radiate, Vital Defense, Nutrient Infusion, and NAD+, plus boosters (Glutathione, High-Dose Vitamin C, M.I.C., B12, anti-nausea, and LED Red Light Therapy). For worksite programs we lead with rapid electrolyte and hydration drips using a Lactated Ringer's base.
3 or more dedicated RNs on-site daily, for full shifts, for the length of your build or event — scalable per location. Formats include a single Pilot Day, a recurring weekly program, or a full-project retainer — scaled to your headcount and shifts.
In most states across the United States. Physician oversight is licensed nationwide, and per-site RN teams are stood up in each state for construction, data-center, and industrial employers as well as corporate and public events. Contact us with your site location to confirm coverage.
All care is delivered by Soothe IV's physician-owned medical practice as the provider of record, under its own licenses and medical malpractice insurance — clinical responsibility sits with us, not your company. Every participant signs a bilingual (English/Spanish) informed consent and release with the medical practice before treatment, records are HIPAA-protected and retained by us with no worker health information flowing to the employer, and certificates of insurance naming your company as additional insured are furnished before mobilization, with contractual indemnification available in the services agreement.
Physician-defined red-flag thresholds trigger immediate 911 activation — our RNs never watch-and-wait an emergency. Nurses keep emergency medications at the station, are current in ACLS/BLS, and stay in continuous contact with our medical director through our internal HIPAA-compliant system for real-time in-field guidance. Your site safety lead is notified the same shift, with written incident documentation the same day.
Yes. Screening and consent are 100% digital and available in English and Spanish, walked through by bilingual nurses and office staff, so every worker gives genuinely informed consent in their own language. Participation is voluntary, private, and revocable at any time.
